Lightning Labs CTO Olaoluwa Osuntokun has demonstrated a working prototype of a quantum-resistant wallet rescue tool for Bitcoin. The tool aims to prevent millions of existing wallets from being frozen during a future quantum-defense upgrade to Bitcoin's protocol. This addresses potential vulnerabilities posed by advancing quantum computing threats.
