Yuga Labs, the creator of the Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT collection, has agreed to settle a long-running trademark lawsuit with artist Ryder Ripps and his business partner Jeremy Cahen. The case involved Ripps' claims related to 'expressive appropriation' of BAYC imagery. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
