Broadridge and Galaxy Pioneer Blockchain Proxy Voting for US Public Companies

Broadridge Financial Solutions is introducing an onchain proxy voting platform, with Galaxy Digital as the first U.S. public company to use it for its May 2026 annual shareholder meeting. Broadridge, which processes $8 trillion in tokenized assets monthly, is extending its services to blockchain-based governance. This initiative pioneers blockchain integration in U.S. corporate proxy voting.
