CoinDesk 20 performance update: index drops 2.4% as all constituents trade lower

The CoinDesk 20 index dropped 2.4% as all its constituents traded lower from Monday. Aave (AAVE) led the declines with an 8.5% drop, followed by Avalanche (AVAX) which fell 7.6%.
