Demonstration of “Attack Blocks” On Bitcoin’s Signet Test Network

Bitcoin Core developers will demonstrate 'attack blocks' on Bitcoin's Signet test network starting April 7th, designed to take significantly longer to verify than normal blocks. The demos aim to illustrate a severe consensus vulnerability addressed by the Great Consensus Cleanup through BIP 54. Participants can run a Signet node following provided instructions to observe the blocks in real-time across multiple global time slots.
