Petróleo desaba 15% e traders perdem R$ 407 milhões na Hyperliquid
By Saori Honorato
Oil prices crashed up to 15% following U.S. President Trump's announcement of a ceasefire with Iran, triggering massive liquidations on the Hyperliquid DEX. Traders lost US$79.7 million on Brent and WTI crude oil perpetual futures, affecting around 3,000 users, while Bitcoin perpetuals saw even larger losses of US$107 million for 2,380 traders. This event underscores Hyperliquid users' growing exposure to real-world asset volatility since real asset trading was enabled in October.
