Standard Chartered to Fold Zodia Custody Into CIB Crypto Division

Standard Chartered plans to absorb the core crypto custody operations of its majority-owned subsidiary Zodia Custody into its Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) division as early as April 2026. This integration aims to consolidate the bank's crypto services within its main operations. The move was reported by Bloomberg citing sources familiar with the matter.
