Bitcoin fell 1.2% to US$70,774 as US-Iran peace talks collapsed and President Trump ordered a naval blockade of the Strait of Ormuz, driving oil prices up over 8% and increasing global risk aversion. Ethereum dropped 1.4% to US$2,185, XRP fell 0.5%, Solana declined 0.4%, while BNB rose slightly 0.4%. Despite short-term pressures from a strong dollar and inflation risks, Bitcoin spot ETFs recorded US$786 million in inflows last week.
