Crypto wallet firm Exodus has filed a lawsuit in the Delaware Court of Chancery against W3C and its CEO Garth Howat. The suit seeks to compel Howat to comply with obligations under the November 24, 2025 Stock Purchase Agreement for a $175 million acquisition. This legal action aims to enforce the completion of the deal.
