Kraken security chief says exchange won’t negotiate as it faces extortion threat

Kraken's security chief announced that the exchange will not negotiate with attackers issuing an extortion threat. The attackers obtained videos showing support staff accessing internal client support systems and limited client data. No funds or broader sensitive information appear to have been compromised.
