Operadora da bolsa da Alemanha investe US$ 200 milhões na Kraken e reforça aposta em cripto

Deutsche Börse, operator of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, announced a $200 million investment in Kraken's parent company Payward Inc., securing a 1.5% stake and valuing it at $13.3 billion. This investment builds on their December strategic partnership to integrate traditional finance infrastructure with crypto services for institutional clients. Pending regulatory approval, the deal is expected to close in the second quarter.
