Report: Stablecoin Yield Fight Nears Resolution as Tillis, Alsobrooks Finalize Draft Language

Senator Thom Tillis stated that revised draft language for the CLARITY Act will be released this week to resolve the months-long standoff between banks and crypto firms over stablecoin yield rules. The draft is being finalized by Tillis and Senator Alsobrooks. It aims for a Senate Banking Committee markup.
